She got fat from living the soft life.

I just recently watched Sucsy's remake of the 1975

documentary Grey Gardens. It was better than I expected. Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange do an amazing job of embodying little Edie, and Edith Beale, who were cousin and aunt to Jackie Kennedy. They lived a reclusive life in their dilapidated summer home in the Hamptons. The original documentary has a pretty large cult following, if you haven't seen it, you should.
